My Experience at Studio B:

While in New York, I discovered Studio B through Google and booked my first bridal appointment. I went with my aunt and her 11-year-old daughter, Zoey, who helped me so much. Having them beside me made the experience especially precious.

Grace welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. I tried four or five dresses, but one immediately captured my heart.

I shared photos with my grandmother, who had waited so long for my wedding. When she chose the very dress I already loved, it meant everything to me. I called Grace and said, “Please reserve it for me. I’m coming!”

We also chose and ordered my veil. Following our Armenian tradition, my husband bought my dress. Apart from Grace, my aunt, Zoey, and my grandmother, no one saw it until the wedding day—not even my husband.

I brought it home to Armenia carrying the memories of their love and kindness, keeping that final reveal as a special surprise.

About My Event:

Our wedding took place in Armenia, my homeland, and celebrating this moment here made it deeply personal. It was a small, intimate wedding with our closest family members and friends. Having the people dearest to us beside us filled the day with warmth, love, and belonging. Our little girl, Safi—our beloved dog—was there too, making our family celebration even more complete.

Our ceremony was held at Saint Hripsime Church in Echmiatsin, a historic Armenian church that also shares my name. Beginning our married life in a place so connected to our faith and heritage gave the moment a special tenderness and meaning.

Afterward, we celebrated outdoors at Ohana YVN. What made our celebration beautiful was its closeness—the comfort of being surrounded by those we love and sharing such an important day together.

When I remember our wedding, I remember the feeling: deeply emotional, personal, and full of love. Artush and I began our life as husband and wife at home, with those who mean the most to us.

Thank you again—it means so much to share these memories with the Studio B team!

My beauty team deserves a special mention! I worked with Aga Kankanyan’s team at her beauty salon in Yerevan, Armenia. Aga is Armenian and also has a beauty center in Los Angeles. I’m so grateful to her team for their care and beautiful work—they helped me feel so special on my wedding day.
